We install two families of insert into sheet metal: PEM clinch fasteners, set by deformation to provide a permanent thread without welding, and weld studs, attached by capacitor discharge. Both processes replace post-machined threads and speed up the client's downstream assembly.
Every job goes through a technical review, fabrication planning and intermediate checks before leaving the shop. The part reaches the client verified.
