Stainless steel
Grades 304, 316L and Duplex. Key for hygiene and corrosive environments.
Co-design and project optimisation. End-to-end product management. Technical assembly.
We work with 3D CAD to turn client requirements into manufacturable drawings: geometry definition, material selection, tolerances, fabrication sequence and validation. Engineering meant for production, not just drawing.
We run six cutting technologies to handle any sheet, profile or tube requirement: fibre and CO2 laser cutting for high precision and clean edges, plasma HD for thick plate, oxy-fuel for structural steel, waterjet for heat-sensitive materials, and dedicated tube cutting for closed profiles. We pick the process based on material, thickness and required finish.
For each part we pick the best technology based on material, thickness and finish, without compromising tolerance or cost.
CNC press brake with 4 metres of useful length for forming large-format sheet metal. We work a wide range of thicknesses and materials, validating each bend with upfront simulation and real-time angle control to keep parts within spec batch after batch.
We form large-format sheet metal with real-time angle correction and material springback compensation.
We install two families of insert into sheet metal: PEM clinch fasteners, set by deformation to provide a permanent thread without welding, and weld studs, attached by capacitor discharge. Both processes replace post-machined threads and speed up the client's downstream assembly.
We cover the three most-used arc welding processes in industry: TIG for precision finishes and delicate materials, MIG for high productivity on aluminium and stainless, and MAG for carbon steel in production. Qualified welders, edge preparation and distortion control for critical assemblies.
Geometric verification and stress relief for critical assemblies.
CNC milling and turning centres for parts with machined tolerances, complex geometries and surface finishes that cutting and bending cannot reach. We integrate machining into assemblies when a critical area needs dimensional precision after other processes.
Applied to formed parts to resolve mating faces, pockets and finishes that cutting and bending cannot reach.
We coordinate seven finish families to deliver parts ready for end use: powder and wet paint for protection and colour; zinc plating, anodising and cataphoresis for corrosion protection; polishing for visible and hygienic finishes; and screen printing for product identification. We work with audited partners and consolidate lead times into a single delivery.
Dedicated team for series assembly and pre-assembly of products with high mechanical and electrical content: gaming machines, parking meters, vending machines, totems and digital signage, among others. Each batch goes through documented quality controls before shipping to the end client.
End-to-end oversight across all processes: 3D CAD design, sheet cutting, bending, welding, finishes and final assembly.
Because the processes are integrated, quality is controlled from minute one. If the design team spots an issue, it is resolved before the part is cut. That reduces errors, cost and lead time.
Through our strategic partnerships, integration means we manage external suppliers and fold their processes into our workflow as if they were our own.
